Nothing in the Book is professional medical, nutritional, pharmacological, or legal advice. Results vary by individual.
Before trying any remedy, herb, food, or practice in the Book — and especially if you are pregnant or nursing, caring for a child, managing a medical condition, or taking any medication — consult your physician or a qualified healthcare professional. You are responsible for your own health and safety. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or adverse effect arising from use of the Book.
